SetBox of 12 Holiday Cannoli

Celebrate the wonder of the Season with our Yule Log Cannoli, where classic Italian delight meets timeless holiday tradition. Each handcrafted chocolate-coated cannoli shell is baked to a delicate crisp, and filled with velvety ricotta cream infused with hints of vanilla and nutmeg. The swirl raspberry jelly filling mimics the cozy rings of a yule log, while a housemade marzipan decorates the top.

Candy canes were first created to keep the little kids happy and quiet during Christmas Eve Mass 1670 AD in the Cathedrals in Cologne. Mixing the peppermint flavour into our creamy, smooth ricotta, dipping the ends in crushed candy cane, and decorating the crispy, crunchy pastry shell in silver with a house-made marzipan candy cane on top shows our love for tradition with a twist!

It’s the time of the year to bake, bake and bake! We have created gingerbread cannoli for the Holiday Season. Our creamy, smooth ricotta is infused with nutmeg, cloves, and all things gingerbread! Our traditional cannoli Siciliani are filled with a smooth, creamy ricotta and piped into our crispy, crunchy cannoli pastry shell. The ends are dipped in Pistachio, Chocolate, Cherry, or Orange and then gently sprinkled with icing sugar.

This is where it all began... during Carnevale in the 10th century in Palermo, Sicily, dough was wrapped around "canna" (Italian for river reeds and hence the name, 'cannoli') and deep-fried then stuffed with whipped, sweetened ricotta. In honour of our ancestors and the tradition they began... Cannoli Crunch is proud to base all our Siciliani cannoli on the simple recipe. Buon appetitto tutti!
