Our Sohan Cannoli combines the rich, buttery crunch of Persian Sohan with the creamy decadence of a classic Italian cannoli. Each crisp, saffron-infused pastry shell is handcrafted with pistachios on the ends capturing the essence of Iran’s beloved Sohan brittle.

Inside, a luscious filling of rosewater-kissed ricotta adds a creamy contrast, blending two cultures into one irresistible treat. Finished with a chunk of artisanal Sohan brittle.

TRADITIONAL CANNOLI

Our traditional cannoli Siciliani are filled with a smooth, creamy ricotta and piped into our crispy, crunchy cannoli pastry shell. The ends are dipped in Pistachio, Chocolate, Cherry, or Orange and then gently sprinkled with icing sugar.

This is where it all began... during Carnevale in the 10th century in Palermo, Sicily, dough was wrapped around "canna" (Italian for river reeds and hence the name, 'cannoli') and deep-fried then stuffed with whipped, sweetened ricotta. In honour of our ancestors and the tradition they began... Cannoli Crunch is proud to base all our Siciliani cannoli on the simple recipe. Buon appetitto tutti!
