TRADITIONAL CANNOLI

Our traditional cannoli Siciliani are filled with a smooth, creamy ricotta and piped into our crispy, crunchy cannoli pastry shell. The ends are dipped in Pistachio, Chocolate, Cherry, or Orange and then gently sprinkled with icing sugar.

This is where it all began... during Carnevale in the 10th century in Palermo, Sicily, dough was wrapped around "canna" (Italian for river reeds and hence the name, 'cannoli') and deep-fried then stuffed with whipped, sweetened ricotta. In honour of our ancestors and the tradition they began... Cannoli Crunch is proud to base all our Siciliani cannoli on the simple recipe. Buon appetitto tutti!
Roasted pistachio is a heavenly treat to anyone that enjoys its aromatic flavour. As we continue on our path of traditional cannoli flavours, the Pistachio Cannoli is one of the favorites amongst cannoli lovers The smooth, creamy ricotta, the crispy, crunchy pastry shell, and the nutty and sweet taste of the pistachio are a great combination. Your palate will thank you for indulging in such a delight.

As far as time can tell, oranges have graced the hills of Sicily. Cannoli has been a favorite dessert for centuries as well. Staying close to tradition we have added an Orange Cannoli to our lineup. The smooth, creamy ricotta, the crispy, crunchy pastry shell, and then finishing it with candied orange pieces couldn't get any better.
