The Elderflower Cannoli

Welcome the fresh flavours of spring with our Elderflower Cannoli, a delicate and elegant twist on the classic Italian treat. Part of our Spring Collection, this cannoli is inspired by the light, floral essence of blooming elderflowers, capturing the beauty of the season in every bite.

We start with a chartreuse-coloured, crispy cannoli shell, then pipe a silky ricotta filling infused with a fragrant elderflower reduction, creating a perfectly balanced blend of creamy, floral, and subtly citrusy notes.
