The Sugar Plum Cannoli

The Sugar Plum Fairy landed in the kitchen at Cannoli Crunch and inspired Chef Maria!  "While visions of sugar plums danced in her head," she infused our creamy, smooth ricotta with candied fruit and rum then piped the blend into our purple crispy, crunchy pastry shell!  Finishing the ends is a medley of soaked fruit and a housemade miniature Sugar Plum is perched on top!  Buon Natale!
